Section 4: Project Team Resumes (continued) <br />JOSEPHINE TAN ALIDO <br />Environmental Planner <br />Ms. Alido is an environmental planner with six years experience in environmental analysis <br />and public policy planning. As an experienced environmental planner with David Evans and <br />Associates, Inc., Ms. Alido participates in environmental impact reports and assessments, <br />zoning/general plan consistency analysis, and preparation of initial studies. Ms. Alido is also <br />involved .in the update of communityplans, housing elements, and land use elements, as well . <br />as preparation of zoning ordinances. Other responsibilities include: preparing proposals, <br />invoicing, and generating exhibits for reports. <br />Experience: <br />Prepared the Hemet Redevelopment Plan EIR. The Redevelopment Plan involved the <br />establishment of a redevelopment project area for the financing of needed school facilities. <br />The EIR for the Plan looked at city-wide impacts of new schools and public facilities and <br />evaluated the impacts of two alternatives: a citywide redevelopment plan and a city and <br />county redevelopment plan for the Hemet area. <br />Assisted in the preparation of the Manhattan Place Complex environmental impact report <br />for the City of Los Angeles. The proposed development involves the construction of a 10-. <br />story, 167-room hotel and a 12-story, 159,000 square foot office building with an adjoining <br />4 level subterranean parking garage. The project is located on 1.47 acres in the Wilshire <br />District of Los Angeles. Major issues included traffic, historic and aesthetic impacts on the <br />Wilshire District. <br />Currently preparing the EIR for the Cudahy Redevelopment Plan Amendment. The <br />proposed Amendment would extend the Redevelopment Agency's powers of eminent <br />domain and ability to incur debt. .It would also expand the project area boundaries to <br />includes seven additional lots. The EIR will analyzed the impacts of eminent domain and <br />ability to incur debt and the future development of a commercial structure on the expansion <br />site. <br />Prepared an environmental assessment fora proposed medical office building to be <br />developed by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. The 5.59 acre site will include a 52,000 <br />square foot, two-story office building. The development will be constructed adjacent to <br />residential neighborhoods. Major issues include traffic, air quality, noise and aesthetics. <br />Assisted in the preparation of this Environmental Assessment/Initial Study to analyze the <br />potential environmental impacts of the Monarch Beach Resort Development. The 232-acre <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Redevelopment Plan EIR 4-5 <br />
