Attachment "A" Legal Description of the Property An approximately 375 square-foot portion of the following described real property, together with easements for ingress, egress and utilities thereto: All that certain land situated in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Santa Ana, commonly known as 2649 W. 1 st Street, Santa Ana, California, 92703; Assessor's Parcel No. 007- 141-49, legally described as follows: That portion of the land allotted to Julian Chaves, as described in the Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago De Santa Ana, which was entered September 12, 1868 in Book 0811, Page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of the 17th District in and for Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of Section 10, Township 5 south, Range 10 west, San Bernardino Meridian, distant thereon west 410.00 feet from the southeast corner of said section 10, said point being the southwest corner of the land conveyed to Lulu M. Chapman, et al., by deed recorded December 4, 1948 in Book 1769, Page 83 of Official Records of Orange County,California;thence northerly,along the west line of said land conveyed to Chapman; thence east, parallel with the south line of said section, a distance of 410.00 feet to a point in the east line thereof; thence north along said east line 20.00 feet to point in the north line of the land conveyed to John C.Blystone,et al,,by the deed recorded September 20, 1946 in Book 144 7, Page 416 of said Official Records;thence west, along said north line, 660.00 feet to a point in the west line of said land conveyed to Blystone; thence south along said west line 330.00 feet to a point in the south line of said section;thence east along said south line 250.00 feet to the point of beginning.
