In such event, the Escrow Holder shall remit to SELLER all escrow payments <br />made by BUYER, except an amount equal to the escrow and title cancellation fees, if any, which shall be <br />retained by the Escrow Holder. SELLER shall disburse this remittance in accordance with the Clause <br />(LIQUIDATED DAMAGES). <br /> <br />'" <br />~ <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />The Purchase Deposit paid by BUYER shall constitute a portion of the purchase price with the balance paid <br />7 through escrow. <br /> <br />9 2.
