ACCEPTANCE TESTING <br /> <br />2.1 CAD PHASE INTEGRATION TESTS <br /> <br />The integration test will be conducted by Positron to confirm the system and the <br />interfaces are integrated as identified in the SOW. <br />Acceptance Test Period: Thirty (30) days. <br /> <br />2.2 CAD I MDT PHASE FUNCTIONAL ACCEPTANCE TESTS <br /> <br />Functional acceptance of the system consists of verifying the CAD/MDT functionality <br />described in the Positron RFP Response and the Technical Description Documentation. <br />SAPD will confirm the CAD/MDT applications meet or exceed the functional <br />requirements prior to Production Use. Additionally, SAPD will conduct the functionality <br />tests to confirm the applications meet or exceed, where applicable, changes contained <br />in the SOW. <br />Functional acceptance includes all CAD/MDT functions and CAD/MDT applicable <br />interfaces identified in the Positron RFP Response and the Technical Description <br />Documentation. Conducting the actual testing is primarily the responsibility of SAPD, <br />with Positron providing telephonic and web-based monitoring and demonstrations as <br />requested by the City. <br />Acceptance Test Period: Thirty (30) days. <br /> <br />2.3 CAD RESPONSE TIME TESTS <br /> <br />The performance test is to ensure the system operate at the expected performance <br />level once the CAD is cut-over to Production Use. This test will be performed as <br />identified in the Statement of Work. <br />Acceptance Test Period: Thirty (30) days. <br /> <br />2.3.1 CAD/MDT Response Time Testing <br /> <br />These tests are intended to assure SAPD that the CAD application software <br />provided will be capable of sustaining an acceptable response time under the <br />City's workload for the foreseeable future. <br />The approach taken will be to measure the performance of a series of identified <br />transactions from a variety of CAD workstations while the system is under normal <br />and reasonable workload within the production environment. <br /> <br />CHANGE ORDER #2 to Computer Aided Dispatch Purchase Agreement A-2004-229 <br />Exhibit A.1 - Attachment A-1 to the SOW - A TP <br /> <br />Page 68 of 149 <br /> <br />Jt <br />l <br /> <br />
