A-2007-005-01 <br />40RKMAY PROC�E' r NE, <br />UNTILINStlRA �' - - <br />WC. <br />C-. �K OF COt L 2QQ$ FIRST RENEWAL TO AGREEMENT <br />onrr F EB <br />THIS FIRST RENEWAL TO AGREEMENT made and entered into this 181h day of <br />January 2008, by and between TSCM Corporation ("Contractor"), and the City of Santa <br />Ana, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The City and Contractor entered into Agreement A-2007-005, dated January <br />17, 2007, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", in which Contractor <br />agreed to perform street sweeping services. <br />B. The parties now desire to exercise the first one-year renewal period of said <br />Agreement under the same terms and conditions of said Agreement. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises <br />hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said <br />Agreement, as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Section 3, TERM, shall be extended to January 17, 2009. <br />2. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall reflect that the extended period shall be at <br />the same rates as the original Agreement, with payment for the extended period at <br />$10,000. <br />3. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement <br />remain unchanged and in full force and effect. <br />
