1 any and all materials and information with which they may come into contact, or the identities or any <br />2 identifying characteristics or information with respect to any and all participants referred to CONTRACTOR <br />3 by COUNTY, except as may be required to provide services under this Agreement or to those specified in <br />this Agreement as having the capacity to audit CONTRACTOR, and as to the latter, only during such <br />4 <br />audit. CONTRACTOR shall provide reports and any other information required by COUNTY in the <br />5 <br />administration of this Agreement, and as otherwise permitted by law. <br />6 <br />(c) CONTRACTOR agrees that any and all subcontracts entered into shall be subject to the <br />7 <br />confidentiality requirements of this Agreement. <br />8 EQUIPMENT <br />9 29. All items purchased with funds provided under this Agreement or which are furnished to <br />10 CONTRACTOR by COUNTY which have a single unit cost of at least five thousand dollars ($5,000), <br />11 including all taxes, shipping, handling and installation costs shall be considered Equipment. Title to all <br />12 items of Equipment purchased vests and will remain in COUNTY as such shall be designated by <br />DIRECTOR. The use of such items of Equipment is limited to the performance of this Agreement. Upon <br />13 <br />the termination of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately return any items of Equipment to <br />14 <br />COUNTY or its representatives, or dispose of them in accordance with the directions of DIRECTOR. <br />15 <br />CONTRACTOR further agrees to the following: <br />16 To maintain all items of Equipment in good working order and condition, except for normal wear <br />1 ~ and tear. <br />18 To label all items of Equipment, do periodic inventories as required by DIRECTOR and to maintain <br />1 g an inventory list showing where and how the Equipment is being used, in accordance with procedures <br />20 developed by DIRECTOR. All such lists shall be submitted to DIRECTOR within ten (10) days of the <br />21 request therefore. Inventory lists must be maintained for four (4) years after final disposition of property. <br />To report in writing to DIRECTOR immediately after discovery, the loss or theft of any items of <br />22 <br />Equipment. For stolen items, the local law enforcement agency must be contacted and a copy of the <br />23 <br />police report submitted to DIRECTOR. <br />24 <br />To purchase a policy or policies of insurance covering loss or damage to any and all Equipment <br />25 purchased under this Agreement, in the amount of the full replacement value thereof, providing protection <br />26 <br />WIA COST REIMBURSEMENT CONTRACT- REV. 8-15-07 19 <br />20D-21 <br />
