Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction cost <br />of $224,000. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Comprehensive maintenance on the exterior of the Santa Ana Regional <br />Transportation Center has not been performed since the construction of <br />the facility in 1984. This has caused the exterior of the building to be <br />weathered and cracked. This project provides for painting the building <br />exterior which will enhance the facility appearance. <br />The Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on January 28 and 30, 2008, and <br />bids were opened on February 14, 2008.
