PRODUCT ORDER FORM TO <br />LAWSON SOFTWARE CUSTOMER AGREEMENT <br />This Product Order Form ("Product Order Form") modifies the Master Terms and Conditions ("T&C's") which supplements and governs <br />each Order Form to the Lawson Software Customer Agreement ("Agreement") entered into between Lawson Software Americas, Inc., <br />and its predecessor ("Lawson") and the undersigned Customer, and is effective as of the date signed by Lawson. All of the capitalized <br />terms not otherwise defined in this Product Order Form have the same respective meanings as contained in this Agreement. The <br />following sections replace the respective sections contained in the T&C's, or add additional section(s) to the T&C's (for those section <br />number(s) not contained in the original T&C's). The sections of the T&C's that are not expressly modified or replaced by this Product <br />Order Form shall remain in effect pursuant to their terms. <br />Authorization For Training Server Copy: <br />For development and/or testing purposes only and at no additional License Fee, Customer shall be authorized, depending on <br />Customer's selection as indicated below, either (i) one additional copy of; or (ii) the access codes related to; the server portion of the <br />Lawson-owned Products under the Agreement. For the purposes of this Product Order Form, Training Copy shall refer to such <br />"additional copy" or such "access codes", as the case may be. <br />The Training Copy (i) shall be installed on only one server, such server to be identified as the "Training Server" herein, (ii) shall not be <br />used for any production purposes, (iii) shall be deployed against a database that is separate from any production database, and (iv) <br />shall be subject to the Maintenance Categories set forth in the Agreement. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Agreement and this <br />Product Order Form thereto, access to such Training Copy's software shall be limited to a total of ten (10) concurrent Training users <br />per Product Group or Product Suite licensed under the Agreement, and the number of such Training users shall not be counted in the <br />Number of Concurrent Users as set forth in the Agreement. <br />Signify Customer's desire to receive an additional copy of the server portion of the Lawson-owned Products under the Agreement by <br />checking this box ~.
