REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATE: <br />MARCH 3, 2008 <br />TITLE: <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />INTERGRAPH FOR COMPiJTER <br />SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY: <br />APPROVED <br />^ As Recommended <br />WITH ^ As Amended <br />^ Ordinance on 15f Reading <br />^ Ordinance on 2"`~ Reading <br />^ Implementing Resolution <br />^ Set Public Hearing For_ <br />CITY MANAGER <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the <br />attached amendment to the agreement with Intergraph in an amount not to <br />exceed $45,000 per year, for a two year term, subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney for computer <br />software maintenance for the Public Works Agency. <br />17! ~Y•~i~~~•11 <br />The Public Works Agency uses Intergraph software for design of the City's <br />infrastructure and for the Geographic Information System. The City has an <br />agreement with Intergraph to provide software maintenance and updates. <br />The current agreement with Intergraph will expire in May. The proposed <br />amendment extends the agreement for two years in an amount not to exceed <br />$45,000 each year. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds for the agreement are budgeted in current budget in the Public Works <br />Administration activity for maintenance and repair to machinery and <br />equipment (account no. 101-601-6291). Funds for the second year of the <br />agreement will be included and approved as part of the 08-09 budget process. <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />James G.
