The Planning Commission added a condition that requires the <br />reinforcement of the lower three feet of the new block wall to prevent <br />its collapse if impacted by a vehicle or other unforeseeable event <br />(Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />a M.
