residences to the north. A three-foot landscape buffer <br />is proposed and the existing 20-foot alley way will add <br />an additional separation to the adjoining residential <br />properties. The reduction of the landscape buffers <br />allows the site to comply with the required drive-aisle <br />requirements and provide a secondary ingress and <br />egress from the development. This allows cars to <br />enter and exit the site in an efficient manner.
