and found to have no significant effect on the environment. A Notice of Exemption for <br />Environmental Review No. 2008-49 will be filed for this project. <br />Section 3. The City of Santa Ana shall submit to HCD an application to <br />participate in the TOD Program which will request a funding allocation for an <br />infrastructure grant to support the development of a qualified housing project. <br />Section 4. If the application for funding is approved, the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby agrees to use the DOT funds for eligible activities in the manner presented in the <br />application as approved by HCD and in accordance with program guidelines cited <br />above. It also may execute any and all other instruments necessary or required by <br />HCD for participation in the DOT Program. <br />Section 5. The City of Santa Ana authorizes the Deputy City Manager for <br />Development Services to execute in the name of the City of Santa Ana, the application, <br />the Standard Agreement, and all other documents required by HCD for participation in <br />the DOT Program, and any amendments thereto. <br />ADOPTED this 3`d day of March, 2008. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Joseph W.
