MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH WORKFORCE <br />INVESTMENT ACT MANDATED PARTNERS <br />Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment <br />and Housing Commission by a vote of 4:0 (Sarmiento, Turner, Yanez <br />absent) at its Regular Meeting of May 16, 2006. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Direct the Authority General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director and the Secretary of the Authority to execute a <br />Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Santa Ana Workforce <br />Investment Board. <br />COMMENTS <br />7. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />AT THIS TIME the members of the public may address the Housing <br />Authority members regarding any non-agenda items within the subject <br />matter jurisdiction of the Authority.
