PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />AT THIS TIME the members of the public may address the Housing Authority <br />members regarding any non-agenda items within the subject matter jurisdiction <br />of the Authority. NO action may be taken on non-agenda items unless <br />authorized by law. <br />WHEN SPEAKING, please state your name and address for the record. Limit <br />your remarks to three (3) minutes. The number of speakers and allotted time <br />may be limited at the discretion of the Authority. <br />7.
