EXHIBIT B-1 Pacific Coast Cabling - Agreement Pricing LABOR · Hourly labor rates remain constant through the term of the agreement except as per Adjustment Term (see below). o Reference page 1 of the Agreement A-2004-189 1. Contractor shall perform those services as set forth in Exhibit A "Request for Proposal: Cabling Services for City of Santa Ana", dated July 30, 2004 and Exhibit B Contractor's RFP Response with "Proposal Response Form", dated August 29, 2004 to this Agreement. 2. COMPENSA nON a. Project Manager - $ 59.66 Lead Technician - $ 48.19 Technician - $ 36.72 · Adjustment Term: Hourly labor rates may only be adjusted prior to a renewal of the agreement. o Reference page 8 of Exhibit A "Request for Proposal: Cabling Services for City of Santa Ana" 3.3 PRICE ESCALA nON/DE-ESCALA nON 3.3.1 The Vendor may request an increase/decrease in their hourly rates prior to any renewal period. The price increase/decrease shall be the same price increase/decrease as that contained in the latest Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W). Any increase/decrease will be subject to City approval. o The Vendor Pacific Coast Cabling has not asked to exercise this term. MATERIAL · The City has adopted the Avaya Systimax Structured Cabling System as its standard cabling infrastructure. · Material pricing does not remain constant throughout the term of the agreement, as it is dependant on the manufacturer and the market. This is standard to the industry.
