<br />EXHIBIT B-1 <br /> <br />Pacific Coast Cabling - Agreement Pricing <br /> <br />LABOR <br />· Hourly labor rates remain constant through the term of the agreement except as per <br />Adjustment Term (see below). <br /> <br />o Reference page 1 of the Agreement A-2004-189 <br /> <br />1. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />a. Contractor shall perform those services as set forth in Exhibit A "Request for <br />Proposal: Cabling Services for City of Santa Ana", dated July 30, 2004 and <br />Exhibit B Contractor's RFP Response with "Proposal Response Form", dated <br />August 29, 2004 to this Agreement. <br /> <br />2. COMPENSA nON <br />a. City agrees to pay, and Contractor agrees to accept as total payment for its <br />Services, the rates and charges identified in Exhibit B Proposal. <br /> <br />o Reference page 19 of Exhibit 8 Contractor's RFP Response <br /> <br />25. Do you charge different hourly rates for labor depending on qualifications needed <br />for cabling services? If so, please list all rates by employee title. <br /> <br />Yes. <br /> <br />Project Manager - $ 59.66 <br />Lead Technician - $ 48.19 <br />Technician - $ 36.72 <br /> <br />· Adjustment Term: Hourly labor rates may only be adjusted prior to a renewal of the <br />agreement. <br /> <br />o Reference page 8 of Exhibit A "Request for Proposal: Cabling Services for City of <br />Santa Ana" <br /> <br />3.3 PRICE ESCALA nON/DE-ESCALA nON <br /> <br />3.3.1 The Vendor may request an increase/decrease in their hourly rates prior to <br />any renewal period. The price increase/decrease shall be the same price <br />increase/decrease as that contained in the latest Consumer Price Index for <br />Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W). Any increase/decrease <br />will be subject to City approval. <br /> <br />o The Vendor Pacific Coast Cabling has not asked to exercise this term. <br /> <br />MATERIAL <br />· The City has adopted the Avaya Systimax Structured Cabling System as its standard <br />cabling infrastructure. <br />· Material pricing does not remain constant throughout the term of the agreement, as it is <br />dependant on the manufacturer and the market. This is standard to the industry. <br />
