<br />Ana, which was entered September 12, 1868, in Book "B", Page 410 of Judgments of the District
<br />Court of the 17th Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point in the centerline of Olive Street, said point being 23.57 chains West from
<br />the Northeast corner of said land allotted to Julian Chaves; running thence South 545.70 feet to a
<br />point 25 feet South of the extended North line of Block B of Groudard's Addition to the Town of
<br />Santa Aha, as shown on a map recorded in Book 23, Page 38 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
<br />Angeles County, California; thence West parallel to the North line of Sixth Street 173.76 feet more
<br />or less, to a point 400 feet East of the West line of Block B of said Groudard's Addition; thence
<br />North 25 feet to the North line of Block B of said Groudard's Addition; thence West 250 feet to a
<br />point 150 feet East of the Northwest corner of Lot 11 in Block B of said Groudard's Addition;
<br />thence North 34 feet; thence West 371.50 feet to the Southwest corner of the 2 1/2 acre tract
<br />conveyed to Lottie J. Groudard by deed recorded May 29, 1915 in Book 241, Page 293 of Deeds,
<br />records of Orange County, California; thence North 488.65 feet to Northwest corner of said 2 1/2
<br />acre tract; thence East 795 feet to the point of beginning.

<br />Court of the 17th Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
<br />The Northerly 336.65 feet of that certain Parcel I of land described as follows:
<br />Beginning 11.87 chains West of the center of Olive and Fifth Streets in the Ross Addition to Santa
<br />Ana, as shown on a map recorded in Book 3,Pages 534 and 535 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
<br />Angeles County, California; thence North 15.17 chains; thence West 4 chains; thence South 15.17
<br />chains; thence East 4 chains to the point of beginning.

<br />thence North 154.83 feet, more or less, to a point in the East line of and distant 336.65 feet
<br />Southerly from the Northeast corner of that certain parcel of land described as follows:
