AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW <br />INSTRUCTIONS FOR 615/617 E. 5TH STREET <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Authorize the Executive Director and Agency Secretary to execute <br />the attached agreement for the acquisition of real property located at <br />615/617 E. 5th Street, and identified as Assessor Parcel Number 398- <br />333-06, from Maria Amparo Guardado, for the amount of $750,000 <br />plus normal escrow and closing costs, subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the Executive Director and Agency General <br />Counsel. <br /> <br />4.
