DfGtTALGLOBE~ <br />License confirmation <br />Kathy Ballantyne <br />Orange County Fne Authority <br />Information Technology Division <br />Portfolio 8~ Procurement Manager <br />714-573-6422 <br />FAX 714-368-8837 <br />October 2, 2007 <br />Dear Kathy, <br />This letter shall confirm your election to purchase the Orange County Aerial data set, covering <br />approximately 900 square miles for The Orange County Public Safety Interoperability Project, under an <br />Enterprise Premium License (See DigitalGlobe® Product End, User License Agreement), for developing a <br />regional GIS database and to serve agencies with mobile mapping, fire run book mapping, automated <br />vehicle Locating, computer aided dispatch, and vehicle routing applications, acid for public safety <br />planning and coordination efforts. <br />The data will be provided at a 1-foot resolution, with a Summer 2007 final photo date. The Imagery <br />will be delivered to OCFA on external hard drives in Tiff format, Mr. Sid format and in Photomapper <br />format with Maphandler for Arc 9.x and Maplnfo, in state plane, NAD 83, California Zone 6, coordinate <br />system and all corresponding World Files. <br />OCFA and Cooperative Members wilt abide by all other restrictions in the DigiiatGlobe® Product End <br />User License Agreement. <br />The entities included in the Orange County Public Safety Interoperability Project are included but not <br />limited to: Aliso Viejo; Anaheim; Brea; Buena Park; Costa Mesa; Cypress; Dana Point; Fountain Vattey; <br />Fullerton; Garden Grove; Huntington Beach; Irvine; La Palma; Laguna Beach; Laguna Hills; Laguna <br />Niguel; Laguna Woods; Lake Forest; Los Alamitos"MetroNet; Mission Viejo; Newport Beach; OCFA; <br />Orange; Placentia; Rancho Santa Margarita; San Clemente; San Juan Capistrano; Santa Ana; Seal Beach; <br />OC Sheriffs Dept; Stanton; Tustin; Villa Park; Westminster; Yorba Linda. <br />As agreed, the price wilt be $27,000.00, plus shipping iz tax if applicable. All payment terms are net <br />thirty (30) days from date of invoice. Upon full payment, permanent software validation will be <br />granted.
