The duration <br />associated with each task are shown, along with the review periods for agency <br />consideration of draft documents. The relational logic between the various tasks and <br />subtasks is embedded in the schedule to create the critical path for the project. The critical <br />path activities are shown by the red bars in the schedule, which are generally related to the <br />environmental process. With our multitude of experience preparing CEQA and NEPA <br />documents, including Caltrans and FHWA's requirements, the URS team is able to <br />commit to meeting the 14-month schedule from notice to proceed to a final signed <br />Final EA/FONSI. <br />16
