TSC is under contract with the California Office of Traffic <br />Safety to administer this grant. This grant funding will allow the Police <br />Department's Traffic Division to enforce seat belt use on an overtime <br />basis. The goal of the project is to increase seat belt use statewide to <br />95% by July 31, 2008.
