The CITY and CONSULTANT entered into that certain Agreement, dated <br />August 8, 1995, by which Consultant agreed to provide environmental and engineering <br />services (the "Agreement"). <br />B. The parties do now desire to amend the Agreement to provide additional <br />environmental and engineering services. <br />Wherefore, in consideration of their mutual and respective promises, and subject to <br />the terms and conditions of the Agreement has hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br />1.
