The City and Consultant entered into that certain Agreement, dated August <br />8, 1995 by which consultant agreed to provide environmental and engineering services <br />(the "Agreement"). <br />B. The parties do now desire to amend the Agreement to provide additional <br />environmental and engineering services. <br />Wherefore, in consideration of their mutual and respective promises, and subject to <br />the terms and conditions of the Agreement has hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br />1.
