CITY desires to retain a professional firm with special skills <br />and knowledge in the fields of environmental protection and <br />engineering for the following purpose: to prepare an EIR/EIS <br />and engineering studies for Fairview Street widening from the <br />Santa Ana River to Garden Grove Boulevard. <br />B. CITY has prepared and distributed a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) <br />dated May 1, 1995, to solicit proposals from qualified firms <br />for the required professional services. <br />
