<br />N-2006-060-02 <br /> <br />INSURANCE ON FilE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTil INSURANCE EXPIRES <br /> <br />c:.o?J-o!l ~bCOND AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br />CLERK OF CQUNCILz.OG& <br />n^TE:~PRB <br />0" p r..l~ (1.) <br />0c,nn(~ S THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is entered into this <br />19 TH day of March, 2008, by and between Marie George, an individual dba Act One Academy <br />of Dance (hereinafter "Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2006-060, dated April 3, 2006 (hereinafter "said <br />Agreement") by which Consultant has provided dance classes through the City's leisure <br />class program. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to renew <br />said Agreement for an additional one-year. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration ofthe covenants contained in said Agreements, and subject to <br />all the terms and conditions of said Agreements, except those amended in this Amendment to <br />Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 3, TERM shall be amended to extend the term through June 30,2009. <br /> <br />2.
