The warranty effective date for the <br />above referenced project is October 7th, 2008 to October 7th, 2009. <br />Upon completion of the installation, the system will be turned over to the Owner via the <br />Contractor, fully inspected, tested and in operative condition. As it is thereafter the <br />responsibility of the Owner to maintain it in operative condition, if is understood that the <br />Subcontractor does not guarantee the operation of the system. <br />Subcontractor further warrants the products of other manufacturers supplied hereunder, to <br />the extent of the warranty of the respective manufacturer. <br />In no event shall Submntracfor be liable for any special or consequential damages and <br />Subcronhactor liability in any claim whatsoever shall be limited to that provided for in the <br />foregoing guarantee.
