Curbside employees, including myself, would become WM Curbside, LLC <br />employees or contractors, and I would continue to manage the business. We are requesting City <br />approval for WM Curbside, LLC to assume obligations and responsibilities of the existing agreement <br />between the City and Curbside Inc. to be effective at the closing of the transaction. <br />We have prepared a simple document that permits the assignment of the contract (attached). We <br />would like to have the signed document returned as soon as possible. If the form of the document <br />does not meet City requirements, please feel free to provide your comments. <br />Frankly since nothing will change except for the fact that this acquisition puts our business in a <br />stronger position to grow, we expect to continue working with the City doing those things that your <br />residents have appreciated for years. <br />Please fax, scan and email or call to have the document collected.
