CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />2008-2009 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN <br />Pursuant to the Citizen Participation Plan and HUD requirements, the City made a <br />draft of this report available fora 30-day public comment period. This comment <br />period began March 15 and ended April 14, 2008. Additionally, a public hearing was <br />held April 15, 2008 to receive additional public input on proposed 2008-2009 <br />activities. A public notice regarding the 30-day comment period and public hearing <br />was published on March 14, 2008 (see Exhibit 1).
