RESOURCES <br />FEDERAL RESOURCES <br />As part of the Action Plan, federal regulations require the City of Santa Ana to <br />delineate federal and non-federal resources expected to be available to address the <br />priority needs and specific objectives identified in the Consolidated Plan.
