To facilitate assigning <br />City employees 100% to the software conversion project, staff recommends <br />that temporary recruitment agencies be contracted to provide backfill for <br />five positions in the Finance and Management Services Agency (Accountant I, <br />Accountant II, Budget Analyst, Buyer, and Purchasing Assistant) as well as <br />two Personnel Analysts in the Personnel Services Agency. The length of each <br />backfill assignment will be linked to the specific module implementation <br />plan and timeline, with the two Personnel Analysts, the Accountant I and <br />the two purchasing temporary employees scheduled to begin on May 12, 2008. <br />Upon completion of each specific module, full-time staff will resume their <br />normal functions. <br />22F-1 <br />
