For a typical pool and fountain project, PACE <br />provides all the management services as the prime consultant and the following design <br />services: <br />Structural <br />1. Retaining walls <br />2. Pool and fountain basins <br />3. Below grade cast in place pump stations <br />4. Above grade masonry or concrete buildings (single story) <br />5. Concrete fountain structures <br />Electrical <br />1. Controls and instrumentations <br />Mechanical <br />1. Hydraulic design including pump and pipeline sizing <br />2. Pump equipment room ventilation. <br />3. Pool heater sizing (does not include complicated heater ventilation). <br />4. Blower/compressor equipment sizing. <br />Our sub consultants are required on items that are outside of our experience and <br />capability. <br />Our sub consultants perform the following duties: <br />Structural (Wright Engineering, Irvine, CA) <br />1. Structural code assessments <br />2. Design of more complicated structures (retaining walls, pump stations, etc.) <br />3. Bridges <br />4. Timber structures <br />Electrical (Taylor Rymar Corporation, Phoenix, AZ) <br />1. Load calculations <br />2. Panel diagrams <br />3. Single line diagrams <br />4. Wiring diagrams <br />5. Electrical code assessments <br />25J-21 <br />
