This project exemplifies Mr. Frank's management and coordination abilities as the Johnson-Frank Cross Connection Team included a total of five sub-consultants comprised of both small and large businesses. It included as many as Stwo-person field crews per day in the field from Los Angeles to San Diego County and as many as 10 office personnel working full time during the projects approximately 2-month duration. All deliverable were Microstation J and InRoads native files.
