Resolution Approving Relocation Plan <br />Bristol Street Widening Between Third and Tenth Streets <br />May 5, 2008 <br />Page 2 <br />The Draft Relocation Plan was made available for public review for 30 days <br />beginning February 13, 2008. Each potential displaced occupant was given <br />written notification regarding the Plan's availability and his/her <br />opportunity to submit questions and comments. The Plan was made available <br />for review at the City libraries, the City Clerk's office and at the <br />Public Works and Planning counters. In addition, the Notice of <br />Availability was posted in a local newspaper of general circulation for <br />four consecutive weeks. All questions and comments have been incorporated <br />into the final Relocation Plan. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in the previously <br />prepared Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Assessment EIR <br />No. 89-01 approved by City Council in 1990. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />(~ ~V <br />ames G.
