4/28/08 jxs <br />7260, et seq., and the Relocation Guidelines, California Code of <br />Regulations, Title 25, Chapter 6 and has been made available for <br />public review since February 13, 2008. Each potential displaced <br />occupant was given written notification regarding the Plan's <br />availability. <br />H. The primary purpose of the Relocation Plan is to outline the <br />requirements for moving and re-establishing the displaced <br />residential and business occupants, and to demonstrate the level of <br />advisory and financial assistance that will be provided. <br />Based on occupant interviews, needs analyses, and searches for <br />appropriate replacement sites, the Agency estimates relocation <br />costs to be approximately $8,250,000. <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby approves the Relocation Plan for the <br />acquisition activities for Phase II of the Bristol Street widening plan between <br />Third and Tenth Streets. <br />Section 3: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption <br />by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the <br />vote adopting this Resolution. <br />Resolution No. 2008-_ <br />55C-4 <br />
