• Submit and have approved a surface <br />drainage/utility plan that depicts all applicable <br />"Site Design" structural "Source Control" and <br />"Treatment Control" Best Management Practices <br />(BMPs) in accordance with the Orange County <br />Drainage Area Management Plan (DAMP) and <br />the City of Santa Ana Local Implementation <br />Plan (LIP). <br />• Submit for approval a surface <br />drainage/grading/erosion control plan. The plan <br />is to include existing and proposed elevations at <br />and adjacent to all property lines. Drainage <br />routed to the street must be directed beneath the <br />sidewalk and through the curb. <br />• Provide two copies of the Water Quality <br />Management Plan that include the following: <br />o Site Assessment <br />o Site design Best Management Practices (BMP) <br />o Applicable Routine Source Control BMP <br />o Selecting and sizing the Treatment Control BMP <br />o Mechanisms by which funding for long-term <br />operation and maintenance of all structural BMP <br />will be provided <br />o Operation and Maintenance Plan to describe the <br />long-term operation and maintenance <br />requirements of all applicable structural BMP <br />and to identify the entity in charge of <br />implementation <br />• The proposed project would be subject to City of <br />Santa Ana Federal Clean Water Protection <br />Ente rise Fees. <br />Prior to the issuance of a Buildin Permit <br />• Provide an irrevocable offer to dedicate eight Public Works <br />feet of right-of--way along the project frontabge <br />to allow an ultimate street centerline to property <br />line width of 60 feet. <br />• Provide a 25 foot by 25 foot dedication for <br />corner cutoff/handicap ramps at the northeast <br />corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Plaza Drive. <br />• Record reciprocal ingress/egress easements <br />between the project site and the properties to the <br />east. <br />75B-59 <br />
