CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Motion: <br />1. Award a contract to Sol Construction, Inc., the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the estimated <br />amount of $236,690 for the Civic Center Pedestrian Bridges <br />Renovation project. <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction <br />cost of $278,200. <br />25.A. AGMT NO. 2008-058 - PURCHASE SOFTWARE, SERVICE AND <br />MAINTENANCE FOR DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UNDER <br />EXISTING AGREEMENT — FINANCE, MANAGEMENT & SERVICES <br />Motion: <br />Authorize funding for the purchase of additional software, services, <br />and maintenance under the existing agreement with Compulink <br />Management Center, Inc. (agreement # A-2004-004) for the continued <br />expansion of the Citywide Laserfiche system in an amount not to <br />exceed $240,000 for a three year period. <br />Recommended Action for remaining agreements: <br />Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the <br />following agreements, subject to non -substantive changes approved <br />by the City Manager and City Attorney.
