CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Public hearing closed on March 3, 2008 regarding the proposed <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and Budget for <br />Fiscal Year 2008-2009 <br />Continued from the March 3, 2008 City Council Meeting by a vote of 6-0 <br />(Tinajero absent) <br />Councilmember Martinez abstained from voting on the allocation to the <br />Boys & Girls Club due to her position as a Board Member and left the dais <br />for this motion. <br />Motion: <br />Approve the proposed funding for the Boys and Girls Club of Santa <br />Ana in the amount of $40,000. <br />MOTION: Alvarez SECOND: Benavides <br />VOTE: AYES: Alvarez, Benavides, Bustamante, Pulido, <br />Sarmiento, Tinajero (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSTAIN: Martinez (1) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />Councilmember Martinez returned to the dais <br />Motion: <br />1.
