COMMENTS <br />Councilmember Bustamante <br />• Thanked all the volunteers for building the playground at Jerome Park <br />and noted that the city saved over $300,000 because of their efforts <br />• Congratulated the Crosby restaurant on its grand opening downtown <br />• Reminded residents that the annual Floral Park Home Tour would be <br />held the weekend of April 26-27 <br />Mayor Pulido <br />• Commented on his recent meeting with Paul Seave, California State <br />Director of Gang and Youth Violence Policy, and City staff at the Old <br />McFadden Library to introduce the City's proposed PAL Program. <br />Although funding is an issue, Mr. Seave was impressed with the City's <br />proposal.
