<br />THOIVISON <br />* <br />ELITE <br /> <br />6.2 The foregoing remedy is exclusive and is in lieu of all <br />liabilities or obligations for damages arising out of or in connection with <br />Maintenance Services Thomson Elite shall have no other liability to <br />Customer whatsoever arising under this Maintenance Addendum or the <br />Agreement with respect to Maintenance Services. <br /> <br />6.3 Survival.
