1. Cost Sharing by the Parties for Programs <br />1.1 MWDOC shall: <br />1.1.1. Based on reports provided by Honeywell pursuant to the Honeywell <br />Agreement, determine the total number of rebates paid to participants in <br />the Residential and Landscape Programs residing within the City's retail <br />water sen+ice area in a given month; <br />1.1.2. Based on the City's total number of devices for which rebates were <br />invoiced by Honeywell to MWDOC in a particular month, calculate the <br />City's share of the amount owed to Honeywell for that month and invoice <br />the City as follows: <br />1.1.2.1. High Efficiency Clothes Washers <br />1.1.2.1.1. Effective January 1, 2008, the City's portion of the <br />administration fee is $19.50 per device. <br />1.1.2.2. High Efficiency Toilets <br />1.1.2.2.1. Effective January 1, 2008, the City's portion of the <br />administration fee is $14.50 per device. <br />1.1.2.3. Rotating Nozzles <br />1.1.2.3.1. Effective November 7, 2007, the City's portion of the <br />administration fee is $27.50 per rebate application for rotating <br />nozzles purchased after August 20, 2006, up to a not -to-exceed <br />total administration fee of $5,000. MW DOC will notify the City <br />when this amount is near exhaustion. At that time, the City <br />must elect to either increase this amount or discontinue the <br />Program within its jurisdiction. Pursuant to the Honeywell <br />Agreement for the Landscape Program, applications exceeding <br />this amount will not be processed unless further funding is <br />authorized by the City. <br />1.2. The City shall: <br />1.2.1. Pay to MWDOC the full amount invoiced by MWDOC for the City's share <br />of Honeywell's administration fees. <br />1.2.2. Provide all information, documentation and assistance requested by <br />MWDOC and Honeywell during the performance of this Agreement. <br />AGREEMENT FOR SHARING ADMINISTRATION COSTS <br />MWDOC and Cify of Santa Ana <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
