<br />ORDIN ANCE NO. 1146 <br /> <br />An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana auth- <br />orizing a Contract between the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana and the Board of <br />Administration, California State Employees' <br />Retirement System, providing for the par- <br />ticipation of said subdivision in said State <br />Employees' Retirement System, and making <br />its employees members of said system. <br /> <br />TIm PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br /> <br />ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section'!. That a contract is hereby auth- <br />ori ed between the City Council of the Citv <br />of Santa Ana and the 'Board of Administra-- <br />tion, California State Employees' Retirement <br />System, a copy of said contract being at- <br />tached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and bv <br />sl'ch reference made a part hereof as thongh <br />herein set ont in full. <br /> <br />Section 2. In ordcr to meet its obligations <br />under the proposed contract referred to in <br />this ordinance. the City Council of thc City <br />of Santa Ana is authorized to comply with <br />all the provisions in. the STATE E\f- <br />PLOYEES' RETIREMENT ACT. as amend- <br />ed. or as it may hereaftcr be amended. <br />Section 3. The Mayor of the City of Santa <br />Ana is hereby authorized. empowered and <br />di"ectecl to execute said contract for and on <br />behalf of said Subdivision. <br />Section 4.
