V. PROPOSAL SUMMARY AND DEVIATIONS FROM SPECIFICATIONS <br />Contractors must provide costs for maintaining each of the parks restrooms, optional add -on locations, <br />and service categories included below at the level of quality described in the detailed specifications <br />(Exhibit A and all attachments).
