E*H+Bff-"A=GENERAL SPECIFICATION <br />The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies required to <br />perform janitorial services. Facilities shall be cleaned once daily. The <br />sorking hours er week, for <br />the dur ration <br />days of this contract are from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am daily, seven (7) Y P <br />directed by the Director's representative. <br />Contractor shall supply and pay for clean, neat appearing uniforms, which shall be wom while working <br />on City premises. Uniforms shall consist of a polo shirt, hat, jacket and full-length work pants with the <br />contractor's identification. All municipal, state and federal safety regulations shall be adhered to in <br />order to prevent injury to personnel and property damage. Smoking is not allowed in City facilities at <br />any time. <br />Daily Cleaning Schedule — Restrooms Showers and Locker Rooms <br />NOTE: Use approved germicidal solution for all cleaning. <br />1. Restock all supplies daily so dispensers are completely full. Replace vandalized dispensers with <br />approved manufacturer and model to General Maintenance specifications upon discovery. <br />Dispensers will be provided by the City. <br />2. Flush toilets and urinals using approved products. Check for stoppages and use plunger to unplug. <br />3. If stoppages cannot be unplugged or if other plumbing problems are noticeable, notify the Senior <br />Park Maintenance Supervisor at (714) 647-3324. <br />4. Remove all litter and debris on all interior surfaces including doors, sills, partitions, floors, walls, <br />ceilings, etc. This includes, but not limited to, wads of paper stuck on ceilings, tape, etc. <br />5. Empty, clean and sanitize receptacles inside and out. <br />6. Sweep and mop entire floor with approved germicidal cleanser/solution. Hosing out restrooms is <br />not an acceptable practice. <br />7. Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including walls, doors, partitions, door/window jambs, vents, light <br />fixtures, ceilings, etc. Tile floors and walls shall be cleaned and polished. <br />8. Clean, sanitize and polish mirrors and frames using approved products. <br />9. Clean and sanitize interior and exterior of washbasins and around all fixtures to remove mineral <br />deposits, water spots, dirt, grim, and any other unclean condition. <br />10. Clean, sanitize and polish thoroughly inside and outside of metal toilet bowls, urinals, dispensers, <br />wash basins, flush valves, mounting plates, nuts, screws, traps, hose bibs, water connections etc. <br />using approved germicidal cleanser. <br />11. Clean and disinfect benches using approved germicidal cleanser. <br />12, Inspect and replace burned out lights inside and outside the building using approved products. <br />13 <br />
