shall be the venue for any action or proceeding that may be brought or arise out of, in <br />connection with or by reason of this AGREEMENT. <br />16. SIGNATURES/TIME OF EXECUTION <br />This AGREEMENT shall be void and its terms shall have no force or effect whatsoever <br />if not signed by authorized agents or officers of SUBGRANTEE within thirty (30) days <br />of receipt of this document.
