RESOLUTION 2008 <br />PROPOSED <br />REVENUE FY 07-08 FY 08-09 <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE UNIT FEES FEES <br />SECTION IX PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />5911 OSHPD CERTIFICATION FEE <br />5401 <br />Whenever plans are submitted for the construction of specialized <br />medical clinics which require by law certification of compliance with <br />requirements set forth by the Office of Statewide Health Planning <br />and Development (OSHPD-3 certification), a building permit fee will <br />be paid to the Building Official equivalent to 1 % of the construction <br />valuation. An additional plan check fee equivalent to .65% of the <br />construction valuation will be paid to the Building Official at the time <br />plans aze submitted for plan check.
