The parties entered into Agreement N-2005-068, dated May 24, 2005, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided veterinary services for Police <br />Service Animals, <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Third Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with <br />the following: <br />"Consultant shall provide services as set forth in Exhibit A-1 to this Amendment, <br />attached hereto and incorporated by reference." <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term for an additional one year <br />period through June 30, 2009. <br />3.
