U.S.E. represents that it is qualified to provide such <br />services to city. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual and respective <br /> <br />promises, and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set <br /> <br />forth, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. REPRESENTATIVES AND NOTICE <br /> <br />A. For purposes of implementing this Agreement, the <br /> <br />representative of the City shall be the Executive Director of the <br />Community Development Agency of the city and her designated <br /> <br />representati ves (the "Director"). <br /> <br />Except as may be otherwise <br /> <br />stated hereinafter, the Director shall have the authority to act on <br /> <br />behalf of the City in carrying out the terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br />1 <br />
