INSURANCE ON FILE N- 2007 - 079 -01 <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />1 101 <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: & I z,o�s FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />5 ism 6 D r�—,fe THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, is entered into on June 3, 2008, <br />by and between E -Net Data Solutions, LLC, a California limited liability company <br />(`Consultant ") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the <br />State of California (`City "). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # N- 2007 -079, dated July 1, 2007, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided computer support services. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />extend the tern of said Agreement, increase the hourly rate of compensation and <br />increase total compensation to pay for services during the extended term. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation to an <br />hourly rate of $60.00 per hour and total compensation shall be increased by $25,000 <br />to pay for services during the term from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date to June 30, 2009. <br />3. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />PATRICIA E.
