If an account is <br />activated after the first day of a calendar month, charges will not be pro- rated. <br />2. FEES <br />2.1 Customer shall pay the prices detailed in the attached price schedule, less a discount of 0 %. <br />2.2 Customer shall pay to LN each month the greater of, (a) actual transactional charges or (b), the Monthly <br />Minimum Commitment of $150.00. <br />3. CLOSED OFFER <br />The offer contained herein is valid if the signed Schedule A is received by 09/02/2008. <br />4. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION <br />This Schedule A contains the confidential pricing information of LN.
