Ana CA, 92701, a legal description of which is shown in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, under the terms and con ' ions of the unrecorded Land Lease Agreement by and between Lessor and Lessee dated by Lessor , 2008, and incorporated herein by reference (the "Agreement") for an initial term of ten (1 years, commencing on the Commencement Date, as defined in the Agreement, and three (3) subsequent optional extension terms of five (5) years each, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
