Only the <br />viewable space will print. <br />PROGRAM ACTIVITIES include providing youth and families with: <br />(1) Eight hours of intensive intervention services through two Shortstop program sessions; and <br />(2) Case management and referral services, as needed. <br />Program activities focus on the THEMES of: peer pressure, gang awareness, consequences of criminal activity, <br />substance abuse prevention, personal accountability, setting positive future goals, community involvement, family <br />communication skills, and conflict resolution. <br />Type in description here. <br />Schedule of Performace <br />Estimate the number of ONLY unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served by the funded program during the 12 - <br />month contract period per quarter.
